MUMBAI: English business news channel Bloomberg TV India is back with the third season of its reality show ?The Assignment? which revolves around "dream jobs".

Starting 22 December, the show will be telecast every Saturday at 7 pm and Monday at 10.30 pm.

This season Bloomberg TV India will take one corporate executive every week and give them a chance to live their Dream Job, mentored by an expert from the field.

?The Assignment? will capture the corporate "hot-shots", tackle the responsibilities of their dream jobs and reflect on the experience of living it.

Bloomberg TV India president Sriram Kilambi said, "We believe that a channel has to be innovative in its programming strategy all the time to hold the viewer?s attention. This season, instead of assigning a challenge to the participants as in the first two seasons, we asked them to set their own challenge, i.e. live their dream job for one day, analyse their own performance and figure out if it is was as ?dreamy? as they imagined it to be."

The season 3 of ?The Assignment? is presented by Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

It will feature people like Rajeev Samant (Sula Wines CEO and founder), Alyque Padamsee (Indian Theatre personality and ad film maker) and Vikram Bawa, (fashion and advertising photographer).

MUMBAI: Bloomberg Television has formed a partnership with Jakarta-based media and strategic communication company Idea Group that will see the launch of Bloomberg Television Indonesia in early 2013.

Presented in the local language Bahasa Indonesia, Bloomberg Television Indonesia will bring Bloomberg?s news, alongside locally-produced content, to the world?s fourth largest country by population and Southeast Asia?s largest economy.

Bloomberg TV Indonesia will partner with existing broadcast entities and air on Free to Air, Pay TV, internet and mobile platforms.

"Indonesia is not just one of the largest consumer markets in Asia, it also has one of the fastest growing economies and rising investor classes," said Bloomberg Television, Asia-Pacific Commercial Director Gary Groenheim.

"We have long identified Indonesia as a strategic emerging market to take Bloomberg Television?s global experience and translating that into a meaningful local TV proposition. With the Idea Group, we have found a partner with the vision and passion to take business news from its traditionally narrow and specialist confines to a broader, mainstream audience."

The new partnership complements Bloomberg Businessweek?s existing partnership with the Idea Group and continues Bloomberg TV?s momentum in Asia, following the launch of the new state-of the-art broadcast studio in Singapore and the recent launch of Bloomberg TV Mongolia.

?This partnership is based on a shared mission of providing locally relevant, influential business content that will enhance the lives of Indonesia?s rapidly growing consumer class, which has limited access to business management education. As a business content provider, we have a long-term interest in educating the local population about important business and economic news, and bringing local content to the rest of the world," Idea Group Indonesia CEO Ziva Narendra Arifin.
