    MUMBAI: Star Movies brings the nominations of the biggest Hollywood event of the year, The Oscars.

    The channel, which will air the Oscar Awards next month, will have a special ?And the Nominees Are? tomorrrow.

    This is an hour nominations special episode of the 84th Academy Award and airs on 24 January at 8 pm.

    This year at the nominations special, the contenders for the nominations comprise the comic drama of ?The Descendants?, the emotionally gripping ?The Help?, the silent film that spoke volumes ?The Artist?, or the romantic excitement of ?Midnight In Paris?.

    The likes of George Clooney, Jean Dujardin and Meryl Streep are expected to figure on the list of nominees.

    The buck doesn?t stop here. Indian viewers will also be privy to Anurag Kashyap, Rohan Sippy and Ranvir Shorey who will give their perspective on the OSCAR? nominations in the special.

    In addition to this, as part of the month long Oscar celebrations, Star Movies presents ?Oscar Fever?, a lineup of Oscar winning/nominated movies, starting 1 February, Monday-Friday at 11 pm. A collection of films such as ?Black Swan?, ?Schindler?s List?, ?Avatar?, and ?127 Hours? will air.
