MUMBAI: Reliance Entertainment is gearing up to release Manmohan Singh’s upcoming Punjabi film Ajj De Ranjhe on 20 July.
When police is made for our safety and security, why people are afraid of the police and what should be done about it?
Ajj De Ranjhe, a satire on is Punjab‘s police force, is a light hearted romantic comedy and complete entertainer for all age groups. The film talks about the safety and security that the police is meant to provide. Alongside, the film also talks about the role of media in today’s world.
Directed by Manmohan Singh, the film stars Aman Dhaliwal, Gurleen Chopra, Gurpreet Guggi, Kimmy Verma, Deep Dhillon, Rana Ranbir, Paramveer Singh, Shaminder Mahal, Rana Jung Bahadur, Darshan Aulakh and Guggu Gill in a special appearance.
Ajj De Ranjhe is Reliance Entertainment and Manmohan Singh’s third film together after the blockbuster success of Mera Pind- My Home in 2008 and Mitti Wajaan Maardi in 2007.
The film’s story, screenplay and cinematography is by Manmohan Singh, dialogues by Rana Ranbir, music by Mahendra Kumar and Wilson, choreography by Bhupinder Sayen, action by Heera Singh and editing by Param Dhillon.
