MUMBAI: Media firm National Geographic Digital Media has changed the name of its footage service from National Geographic Television Film Library to National Geographic Digital Motion.
The website ngdigitalmotion.com has been launched. This allows visitors to view a portfolio of video production projects featuring National Geographic footage, to watch footage demos and to search stock footage content. Later this year the site will feature enhanced searching capabilities for individual footage shots, complete with full rights information and visuals for every shot.
National Geographic Digital Motion director Jocelyn Shearer says, “Our clients around the world have known for years that they could turn to National Geographic to access the most spectacular cinematography in the world. These new developments signal our growing capabilities to meet the diverse footage needs of our clients in a digital world and our commitment to do so in a way that is easier and more efficient than ever before.”
