MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television (SET) assistant vice president marketing Rohit Bhandari, who is in charge of AXN India, has been promoted to AXN director South Asia.

Come April, and Bhandari will be shifting base to Singapore to take on his new responsibilities.

Confirming the same to Indiantelevision.com, SET executive vice president ad sales and revenue management Rohit Gupta said, "The search is on for Rohit's replacement and the process is expected to take about two weeks."

Bhandari, however was not available for comment.
