[V]'s 'Agent Love' plays host to lonely hearts

MUMBAI: Channel [V] has launched a new show titled [V] Agent Love, which is being touted as the definitive answer to lonely hearts from across the country. Starting 15 February the show, hosted by Channel [V]s new VJ - Juhi, will be aired every Tuesday at 9 pm.

On [V] Agent Love, Juhi goes on a special assignment every week to pair up singles who are looking to mingle and looking for the one. She hunts high and low for that perfect partner, prepares them for the date and then sets them up on a blind dinner date.

Whats more, to ensure that everything goes right, she even picks up the tab! Two weeks later, Agent Love returns to do a reality check are they still together? Or does the search continue? VJ Juhi traverses the country looking to unite one new couple every week.

Channel [V] head Amar K Deb says, "Every week there will be two less lonely people in the world thanks to our Agent Love! This show is great fun, not just for the two lonely hearts but also for the viewers and for Juhi. Our new VJ is completely committed to her task and every week she goes on a wild, crazy chase, making every moment of the show truly unique."

VJ Juhi adds, "The task is tough, but the reward is worth a million rupees! I am the modern day, female version of cupid! Every assignment is great fun trying to identify the right type of guy/girl, getting people to overcome their shyness, fixing up the perfect date and watching the seeds of love grow in the couples I unite."
