MUMBAI: The clock is ticking for the Trade and Technical categories of the Indian Telly Awards 2002, to be given away on 31 October.

A total of 13 awards, both from the trade and technical categories will be given away at a distinguished function to be held at the Harbour Hall, Tulip Star. The awards seek to reward excellence in the fields which usually do not grace the limelight, but nevertheless contribute in a major way to the overall performance of a television channel. Among the trade awards constituted this year are -

TV Marketing Executive of the year
TV Ad Sales Executive of the year
TV Distribution Executive of the year
TV Communications and PR Executive of the year
TV CFO of the year
MSO of the year

The technical awards include
Best Special/Visual Effects for Television
Best Art Direction (Set Designing)
Best Videography (TV Cameraman of the year)
Best Costumes for a TV show
Best TV Show Packaging
Best TV Channel Packaging
Best TV Picture Editor of the year
