MUMBAI: Free from the cobweb of ill luck, Karan Razdan’s Anupam Kher-starrer, Mr Bhatti On Chutti, will finally release on 18 May.
Mr Bhatti on Chutti talks about a common man, Bhatti‘s dream of a workable peace plan in a world ravaged by war and hunger. The film is also a celebration of Amitabh Bachchan‘s stardom. He plays Mr. Bhatti‘s conscience and also his inspiration.
The film has Bhairavi Goswami, Ashwani Chopra, Abid Ali, Shakti Kapoor, Emma Kearney, Pawan Shankar and Neha Phendse besides Amitabh Bachchan in a special appearance.
Earlier this month, the film faced the ire of the Censor Board which asked the makers to tweak the names of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and former US president George Bush.
