The initiative which was announced at Mipcom allows documentary producers to submit proposals and track their progress through NGCI’s development system.
“Like most channels, we receive hundreds of treatments, tapes and proposals each week. We decided the best way to help people keep track of these was via a dedicated website,” says NGCI, EVP Programming and production Bryan Smith. “From 1 January 2004, the only way to submit a proposal to us will be via the website as our aim is to develop a paperless system.”
