MUMBAI: After the Sahara show Ruby Duby Hub Dub, Creative Eye is working on two more kids shows. This time the production house is making the shows for UTV's proposed kids channel Hungama TV.
The shows Poawan and Mujhse Dosti Karoge are scheduled for two days each per week. While Mujhse Dosti Karoge is an independent production from Creative Eye, Poawan is a co-production with an independent producer.
Creative Eye director Wing Commander (retd.) Devendra Dass told Indiantelevision.com that eight episodes of each of these shows had been completed.
According to Dass, both the shows are based on the theme of friendship. "Poawan tells the friendship between a horse and a kid while Mujhse Dosti Karoge, directed by Rahul Mewawala, revolves around a unique friendship between kids of two social classes. The story has kids living in the city's high-rise buildings befriending their counterparts living in the slums and the medium that unite them happens to be the game of cricket," he said.
