MUMBAI: Star's music arm has got itself a brand new anchor presentor.

Latest to join the Channel [V] VJ bandwagon is Shruti who has been, thus far, known for her small screen appearance in campus flick Kyun Hota Hai Pyarr and Sabrina - the teenage witch spin off Shararat., both on Star Plus. Her portfolio also includes modelling for Brooke Bond, Tata Home Finance, Frooti and Kinetic Honda.,
The young lady,who has previously anchored Lehrein on Zee, will be starting off her veejaying career with Junglee Jukebox and [V] First day first show.
With Purab being tied up with Popstars 2 'jury duty' and movie career, an addition to the team was in long in offing. Meanwhile the Channel [V] officials claim that Shruti is not a replacement but an addition to the team who soon will be anchoring some new shows.
