MUMBAI: Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed Bombay Stock Exchange that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the company will be held on 7 December.

As per the announcement, the meeting will transact issues including the sub-division of existing equity shares of Rs 10 each into 5 equity shares of nominal value of Rs 2 each and consequently the share capital of the company of Rs 150 million be divided into 750 lacs equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 2 each.

The meeting will also announce the re-appointment of Markand Adhikari as vice chairman & managing director of the company for a period of 5 years with effect from 18 August.
