MUMBAI: It's action time on Ten Sports this weekend. On 17 April, the channel will air the battle for supremacy of World Champion Valentino Rossi and challenger Gibernau Sete in the round two of the 2005 Moto GP World Championship; the Portuguese Grand Prix.
The championship will be aired live from 3:30 PM from Estoril, Portugal.
Rossi retained his spot at the top by beating Sete at Jerez in a controversial nail-biting spectacle when he made his break in the 25th lap at a bend to overtake his arch rival. Rossi will be looking forward to retaining his position with Sete eager to avenge his defeat.
The inaugural championship race saw Honda sealing the top six places as Sete led the way from the start and set an extremely fast pace whilst Melandri battled it out behind him, racing like a true veteran and picking up third as Nicky Hayden crashed out. Four-time world champion Biaggi finished seventh.
It remains to be seen whether Honda will win the number one position on the podium in Estoril this time or will Yamaha once again take another bend to lead the race?
