MUMBAI: The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India has released its data for top advertisers and brands for the period between 13 April 2019 and 19 April 2019.
The data reflects top 10 advertiser and brands across genre on Indian television, including OOH screen, (U+R): 2+, Individuals NCCS All, demonstrating ads that were inserted the most in week 16of 2019.
Top advertisers
The week 16 ranking of BARC did not see any change in the list of top 3 advertisers as Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Reckitt Benckiser (India) Ltd, and ITC held tight to their spots with 146044, 96803, 47675 insertions, respectively.
Godrej Consumer Products Ltd and Procter & Gamble interchanged their positions from the last week’s rankings and secured fourth and fifth spot, respectively with 30150 and 27309 insertions.
Top brands
Lalitha Jewellery retained its top spot of the past week in the BARC rankings for week 16 of 2019. It made 15408 insertions. Dettol Liquid Soap, too, held tight to the second spot with 12158 insertions.
Godrej Expert Rich Creme Hair Colour made a tremenduous leap from the 8th spot of week 15 to rand third this week, making 11389 insertions. Dettol Antispetic Liquid and Dettol Toilet Soaps ranked fourth and fifth, respectively with 11254 and 11153 insertions.
