AXN has announced that the second season of Guinness World Records will commence on the channel on 18 Septmber. It will air every Wednesday at 9 pm with repeats on Thursday at noon and Sunday at 1 pm and 8 pm.
Fans can watch a man lift 100 pounds with his ear and a Frenchman preparing food using razor blades, computers, candles and shopping carts, a man skipping rope atop a unicycle. The host Mark Thompson introduces the feats before a studio audience. However, some feats are shown through videos for logitstical or geographical reasons.
The channel has also announced the second season of Ripley's Believe It or Not commences on 17 September and will air every Tuesday at 9 pm with repeats on Wednesday at 12 pm and 5 pm and Saturday at 8 pm. Intriguing sights include a man who tracks prairie dogs using a vacuum cleaner. Two men take to the skies by tying themselves to hundreds of standard helium balloons. The worlds only karate trained chimpanzee demonstrates his skills. One can also watch a California man transform himself into a cat with whiskers and the complete package.
