The customer service manager, a role within Paisalo, primarily functions as a local ambassador to build and nurture relationships with the community leaders, women entrepreneurs and small businesses. We now have over 1377 such managers in underserved communities and intend to keep growing that number. Our managers have hosted more than 45,000 financial events with over 600,000 people participating.
