MUMBAI: At the exhibition BroadcastAsia 2004 in Singapore which kicks off later this month Kodak is showcasing an array of dramatic breakthroughs in film and post production technologies.
The company is demonstrating the Kodak Look Manager System and Kodak Display Manager System, the Kodak Vision2 advanced family of color negative films, and discussing film as a state-of-the-art image capture format for producers, directors and cinematographers alike.
Kodak Entertainment Imaging division regional business GM and VP Greater China, Japan Greg McKibbin says, "Film is the overwhelming medium of choice for the vast majority of narrative content produced for television because it offers a dream-like quality that simply cannot be matched by electronic images. We have made significant advancements in film and hybrid technologies that enable filmmakers to create more compelling stories that endure as valuable assets."
