Sahara One Media and Entertainment assistant director worker Suresh Mishra said, ?Horror as a genre has always worked for us. Even the repeat telecast of Raat Hone Ko Hai is fetching good numbers. So it was natural for us to develop the genre.?

Mishra said, ?Vikram Bhatt is king of the genre and he has agreed to make the show for us. While for Mehra this is his first attempt in horror, we are sure he will bring in a fresh perspective and novelty in the storytelling.?

Both the shows will be shot in a feature film format and aired in five half-hour episodes through Monday-Friday. One story will finish in one week.

Mehra is known for directing comic TV series like Office Office and Shararat. He has recently produced the movie, Chala Mussaddi Office Office.

Mehra said, ?We have worked really hard for the story. The idea and presentation is fresh and we are confident about what we have made. The horror element of the show will hold the audience attention.?
