MUMBAI: Last year, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (Zeel) spawned a new baby: Zee Unimedia Ltd (ZUL) . It’s purpose was to aggregate properties across the company’s portfolio to leverage the network strength and ensure a right-price approach together with effective bundling of the group’s various offerings. The company’s belief was that this would lead to significant value creation for us as well as our advertisers.
Today, Zeel announced that the ad sales account of Living Foodz, which was being managed by Helios Media since the channel’s inception, has moved to ZUL effective August 2015.
The intention, says a press release is to “strategically leverage ZUL’s expansive market coverage and connect with the business fraternity that will propel the channel into a high growth trajectory.”
Living Foodz was launched in September 2015 and is positioned as a one stop destination for food, travel and lifestyle.
