MUMBAI: This is the time when production houses declare their line-up of releases for the coming year.
Following that of Sony Picture, Warner Bros Pictures India has announced its movie-line of 2012.
The production house will release 15 films next year. It will start with the release of J Edgar on 20 January and will follow it up with Journey2: The Mysterious Island in 3D on 3 February, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close on 17 February.
The releases of the next two months will begin with Wrath Of The Titans in 3D that will release on 30 March to be followed by The Lucky One that will take a bow in cinema houses on 20 April.
Release in the month of May and June include Dark Shadows on 11 May, Rock of Ages on 1 June and Jack The Giant Killer on 15 June. While The Dark Knight Rises releases on 20 July, 24 August will see the release of Rivals.
September will have two releases, Appartition and Argo on 7 and 14 September respectively, the month of October and November will have one release each month. Gangster Squad will release on 19 October and Gravity (3D) on 23 November.
The last month December, that rounds up the year‘s slate has two releases. While The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (3D) will release on 14 December, The Great Gatsby (3D) will release on Christmas Day 25 December.
The last release of Warner Bros this year will be Sherlock Holmes 2 that will release on December 30.
